Choconat Members participate in a unique and fair network marketing compensation plan based on what they actually sell rather than the typical and less lucrative binary system used by most direct sales companies. Binary compensation plans benefit a few individuals at the top level, but penalize new distributors and those on lower tiers. Through relationship marketing you not only enjoy fair compensation for your efforts, you are contributing to the enjoyment and health of family and friends, as well as partnering with a company committed to ethical and socially responsible business practices.
Choconat offers an exciting program for those who love our chocolate and want to share it with others and earn some money. This affiliate program is totally free to join, and you qualify to be paid for sharing our chocolate when you’re purchasing just $50 or more of our products each month. Importantly, we wanted our compensation plan to be as “Fair Trade” as our chocolate is. So we made it simple to understand and fair to every one of our members, with profits easy to achieve for those who are sharing our chocolate with others. There are really just two parts to the program: the “Unilevel” referral program, and the “Profit Sharing” aspect, available to all of our VIP members on autoship.
You’re paid monthly on up to 10 levels of referrals — one level for each active member or customer you have personally referred with some simple, additional requirements to get paid on the deeper levels. You can have as many members as you like on every level.
Every product has a Product Margin (PM), and you’re paid a percentage of that margin. Example: if a product has a $28 margin (as a box of chocolate does), you earn $2.80 (10%) for each one sold on your first level; $7.00 (25%) for each sold on your second level; etc.
Level 1: 10%
Level 2: 25%
Level 3: 20%
Levels 4-5: 10% each
Levels 6-10: 5% each
This totals 100% of the available Product Margin on each item, and 75% of the payout is made in the first five levels where there are no additional requirements for getting paid, which helps the average member to succeed! (You make 25% of PM on all purchases made by anyone you enroll in their first calendar month. Your sponsor only makes 10%. This is to recognize the additional work you’ve put into making initial sales.)
There are no additional requirements beyond making a certain number of referrals for getting paid on levels 1-5. This alone can lead to a very large team who’s purchases increase your income. Qualifying for additional levels of pay requires some additional achievements.
To be paid on level 6, you must qualify as a National Director.
To be paid on levels 7-8, you must qualify as a Global Director.
To be paid on levels 9-10, you must qualify as a Diamond Executive.
These Membership levels are explained below.
Another exciting aspect of Choconat is that every VIP Member can share in our global profits. Rather than taking money from newer members to pay big bonuses to our leaders, we share our collective success with everyone on autoship (these are our VIPs) by dividing 40% of all company profits (including Member, customer, and retail sales) into 8 different pools (5% of our profits in each, and one pool for each Membership level). As you help to grow the company, you move into more exclusive bonus pools (shared by fewer people).
Pool 1 (VIP Members): Become a Member on autoship. (A “VIP” Member.) There are no other requirements.
Pool 2 (Leaders): Be a VIP Member with 2 personal referrals* and 1000 in Group Volume.*
Pool 3 (Executives): Be a VIP Member with 3 personal referrals and 2500 in Group Volume.
Pool 4 (Directors): Be a VIP Member with 4 personal referrals and 5000 in Group Volume.
Pool 5 (Regional Directors): Be a VIP Member with 5 personal referrals and 10,00 in Group Volume.
Pool 6 (National Directors): Be a VIP Member with 6 personal referrals and 20,000 in Group Volume. Also have 3 personally sponsored Leaders.
Pool 7 (Global Directors): Be a VIP Member with 8 personal referrals and 50,000 in Group Volume. Also have 3 personally sponsored Executives.
Pool 8 (Diamond Executives): Be a VIP Member with 10 personal referrals and 100,000 in Group Volume. Also have 3 personally sponsored Directors.
* Personal Referrals include active (with monthly purchase) members and customers. Group Volume = monthly sales in dollars for all members and customers in your 10-level team. Profit Sharing is calculated monthly but paid quarterly. You are paid on the lowest membership level achieved in a given calendar quarter.
* Personal Volume requirements (dollars spent each month by an individual member to be considered active at that level) increase from 50 to 100 for these membership levels.
